Who I am?

My name is Harp Grewal, and I’ve been helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Ontario for over a decade. I’m the Broker and Managing Director at HomeLife SilverCity Realty Inc., where I also lead and train one of the largest real estate teams in the region.Real estate is more than transactions to me. It’s about understanding people, protecting their interests, and guiding them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence. Over the years, I’ve worked with first-time buyers, growing families, investors, and business owners, handling everything from residential homes to complex commercial deals.

What sets me apart is experience backed by structure. I believe in strong systems, honest advice, and clear communication. Whether I’m negotiating a deal, advising on market strategy, or mentoring new agents, my focus stays the same: do what’s right for the client and deliver results without shortcuts.

Beyond sales, I’m deeply involved in training and leadership within the industry. I regularly coach agents on business planning, compliance, and long-term growth because I believe a stronger realtor creates a better experience for clients.
